Maureen’s favorite summertime memories were made in Ocean City, NJ, on trips with her family. Her mom made her wear a T-shirt over her bathing suit, but Maureen has recovered from that early childhood trauma.

Cat’s favorite summertime memories are from her family vacations in the Outer Banks, NC where she was forced to wear floaties until age 8. As a college freshmen, backyard barbecues with neighbors and laughing the night away with her besties by the bonfire are her absolute favorites in the summer!

Amanda’s favorite summer memories include splitting a delicious salted caramel pretzel ice cream with her friend’s dog, Chin Chin, and being attacked by a flock of seagulls while attempting to enjoy Uncle Oogie’s chicken fingers & fries on the Sea Isle City Beach.

Emma Veon, Pinkly Perfect Contributor

Emma worships summer only because her birthday is in June.  She has been to nearly every beach on the East Coast but she loves Avalon, NJ more than anywhere else.  Emma would like to take this opportunity to brag about being the reigning queen of “Sandiest Bikini Bottoms on the Beach,” which she has maintained for all of her life (according to her parents, anyway).

 Jenna

Jenna Yesenosky, Pinkly Perfect Contributor

Jenna has made some of her greatest memories with her best friends in Long Beach Island, NJ. Jenna’s favorite shore activities are laying on the beach and occasionally getting up to go for a swim (if she’s feeling particularly energized that day). Jenna would like to take this time to thank the lifeguards of LBI, mostly for saving lives but partially for looking so good doing it.

To Elizabeth, there are few things better than a good book, a great beach day, and a delicious ice cream cone. With a July birthday and an annual vacation in Ocean City, she looks forward to the first day of summer all year long.

Sarah Felbin, Pinkly Perfect Contributor

Sarah.FelbinSarah splits her summer days between St. Pete Beach in Florida and Long Beach Island in New Jersey. Her recipe for a perfect beach day? Swimming, a good book, and shopping, of course! And with a July birthday, she’s always looking forward to sunny skies.

Sarah’s favorite season, which includes her birthday, has always been summer. From spending the days reading on the beach in Hilton Head Island, SC, to enjoying the food on the Jersey shore boardwalk, she is never bored from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
